REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our product or have any quality problems, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the item. We will do our best to provide you with a refund or replacement item.
In order to obtain a refund, please keep the original packaging of the product and provide the order number and proof of purchase when applying for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned merchandise is received and reviewed. The refund amount will be credited back to your payment method.

We accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and still in original condition.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and provide the order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with guidance on the return process.
Please note that shipping costs for returned items will be borne by you unless there is a quality issue with the item or we shipped the wrong item.
Exceptions to Refunds and Returns

Customized products are not eligible for refunds or returns unless there is a quality problem with the product.
Due to hygienic reasons, bedding items that have been opened, used or washed will not be refunded or returned.
